Appointments CANCELLED or WANTING to be booked within 24 hours - must call the Spa @ 608-492-3331 or my cell # 920-342-1897(text okay too) Sometimes I do have openings the day of and/or can switch things around if you need a certain time. I encourage you to check in with me personally!
Emergencies/Illnesses happen and that is understandable for cancellation. However, No Shows within 12 hours will be asked for a $25 fee to help cover lost time.
Gratuities are not included in service fees and are always optional. Some clients request a standard gratuity to always be included when they check out - that is an option, just let me know so you need not worry about it. Gratuities help with the cost of providing samples, testers, and advanced education. Most importantly I thank you for your business.
